Safety Check and its consultants assume no liability for errors, omissions, incomplete risk assessments, or misuse of our recommendations and reports.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging Safety Check for consultancy services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your site conditions, hazards, and project scope
- Review all recommendations and reports for accuracy and completeness before implementation
- Verify compliance with current Irish Health & Safety legislation and regulations
- Ensure recommendations reflect your specific site conditions and hazards
- Consult additional qualified H&S professionals if you are unsure about any recommendation
- Update assessments immediately if site conditions, scope, or personnel change
- Assume full responsibility for implementation and use of our recommendations
3. Information Accuracy
The quality and accuracy of our consultancy services depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Safety Check cannot identify incomplete or inaccurate inputs. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct and comprehensive.
4. No Warranties
Safety Check services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Accuracy or completeness of assessments and recommendations
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
- Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
5. Limitation of Liability

We strongly recommend consulting with additional qualified Health & Safety professionals before implementing any of our recommendations, particularly for:
- High-risk activities or novel hazards
- Complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Projects involving confined spaces, heights, or excavations
- Projects requiring specialist certifications or permits
- Any situation where you are uncertain about our recommendations
7. Regulatory Compliance
Safety Check services are designed to assist with compliance under Irish Health & Safety legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2015 and related legislation. However, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Safety Check does not guarantee compliance.
